Styling tools, hot showers, and dry heat are the main culprits to making your hair lackluster and lifeless.
Winter certainly has taken its toll on your hair.
Give your hair at least two days off per week from hot styling tools. If you can’t give up your hot showers, then at least douse your hair with cold water before you get out to smooth strands and lock in shine.
Since you aren’t getting as sweaty or oily as you might be in the summer, push off washing to every other, or better yet, every third day. And don’t forget to use a dry shampoo to zap oil and add fullness.
