Glamorous: The Saturdays (left to right) Rochelle Wiseman, Vanessa White, Una Healy, Mollie King and Frankie Sandford arrive at GMTV for an interview with temporary host Emma Bunton

As part of the biggest girlband of the moment, The Saturdays are constantly busy promoting their music or going on tour.

And while the opportunities they are presented with are more than exciting, the girls - Mollie King, Frankie Sandford, Rochelle Wiseman, Vanessa White and Una Healy - admit they often struggle with missing their boyfriends.

The five-piece band, who release their new single Missing You on on Monday, donned glamorous outfits for an interview on GMTV this morning, with Mollie leading the fashion pack in a super-tight white dress and fur-lined boots.

Never to be outdone, Rochelle and Vanessa both wore short dresses to match Mollie, while Frankie opted for a revealing black vest top and white jeans and Una went for an on-trend jumpsuit for their interview with GMTV temporary host Emma Bunton.

Speaking about being in a relationship with McFly star Dougie Poynter, Frankie said: 'You get used to it, I always say, because he’s away at the minute… it must be really difficult if you’re with someone who doesn’t do the same thing.

'It’s really good because he really understands and so do I. And I know what he’s doing when he’s away and because we live together it is a lot easier.

'Otherwise I think probably we wouldn’t see each other that much. So we always say, as a band, if you want to see someone you’ll do it.'

But it's not so much about missing partner Ben Foden for Una as it is about getting behind in her domestic chores.

She said: 'I miss not having the time to wash my own clothes. I know that sounds so boring but I keep banging on about the pile that I’ve got waiting for me at home!'

The girls, whose hits include the Depeche Mode cover of Just Can't Get Enough, also used the interview to talk about their careers, putting their success down to a huge rise in the popularity of pop music.

Speaking about a recent flight they shared with JLS and McFly, Frankie said: 'It kind of felt like pop was back, because there was three pop bands on one aeroplane and we all got off together.'

But while the aeroplane ride signalled the return of pop for the groups, it wasn't appreciated by everyone on the aircraft.

Rochelle laughed, 'It was the loudest flight, ever. There were a few posh businessmen on there giving us the frown.'

While Vanessa added, 'They hated us by the end of the flight'.

Beautiful in blue: Una Healy wore a blue jumpsuit for the show

Una also revealed she recently decided to surprise Ben on his birthday with a parachute jump, but the idea didn't go down too well with the band's manager.

Vanessa said: 'Our manager was having an absolute fit about it. He said no, but she did it anyway!'
And as well as enjoying their GMTV interview, the girls were thrilled to have been asked questions by former Spice Girls star Emma.

Following their appearance on the show, Una tweeted her fans: So lovely to be interviewed by @emmabuntonheart on GMTV this morning love her!! Great to meet some of you after as well thanks for coming!xx'

The Saturdays' new single Missing You is out now. Their new album Headlines is released on 16th August.
