The new workout was created by Reebok and is inspired by the trapeze performances of Cirque du Soleil.

It targets the core muscles and builds upper-body strength and uses a light-weight, elastic Jukari band that allows for a lengthening and sculpting full-body workout.

Kelly posed for an exclusive shoot for Women's Fitness magazine, who caught up and had a chat with the star as she launched the new workout routine.

And while she said she does stick to a fitness regime, now, at the age of 30, she is happy with her curves and has accepted who she is.

She said: 'I've hit 30 and I have accepted this is my bodyshape, and I'm happy with what I am and who I am. My legs are quite toned at the moment and I have a small waist so I dress to accentuate it.

'I have a bigger bum and bigger boobs but I'm generally small-boned. I've got real boobs and I guess they could be a bit perkier! But in general I'm pretty happy with everything.'

So how does she manage to keep in such good shape?

She said: 'I love walking, swimming, dancing and yoga. I often go to dance classes – I do a lot of salsa. I try to exercise three to four times per week, but it varies because I’m often travelling for work.

'I do try to be consistent and incorporate exercise into my lifestyle as much as possible. I don’t have a personal trainer, but I attend private dance classes.'

Taking a break: Kelly ditches the workout gear for a brief pause to pose for the camera

'We all exercise for different reasons, like weight-loss or to de-stress - I find it makes me feel much more positive about things. I like working out on my own, or sometimes I take my dog for a walk.'

And she said that finding a workout buddy is the best way to ensure you stick with it.

She added: 'To keep motivated I think it's a good Idea to do an exercise class like Fit to Flex with a friend or got the gym together. You can't really let them down so you are forced to keep the commitment.'

But she added that she does indugle in fattening treats from time to time and no one should deny themselves something they want.

She added: 'When I went on my summer holiday in July, I really let myself go. I ate whatever I wanted and drank wine every day and was really naughty.

'My biggest indulgence is a roast dinner on a Sunday or a cheeseburger and I don’t believe in depriving yourself! There is a time and a place to indulge, but I just make sure it’s not every day.

'In general I try to maintain a healthy balance, but not through extreme dieting.'
Kelly has recently launched a movie career and is starring in the film Piranha 3D, which is in cinemas now. She studied at drame school for three years when she was younger and said this started her love of dancing, whcih she still does to keep in shape.

She said: 'I have always been energetic and active and I've always loved dancing.

I've been surrounded by people into fitness and health for a long time, so have always been conscious about what I put in my body. I'm also aware of keeping myself in shape for my job and general lifestyle.'
