Halle Berry (Pacific Coast News) Halle Berry is busy filming the flick New Year's Eve in NYC this week, and she showed up on set decked out in scrubs! The actress had to go through a lot to be able to film the flick, thanks to an ongoing custody battle, so we're glad she's finally on the set.While Halle filmed in Queens, her ex Gabriel Aubry took their daughter Nahla around NYC. He is looking after the 3-year-old while Halle films, and is reportedly being put up in a fancy hotel in the Big Apple on her dime.
Halle originally had to pull out of the flick because of the custody issues, but re-signed up for a smaller role last month after ironing out some of the problems with her ex. In the meantime, Katherine Heigl signed on for a role in the movie as well.
