VIP on set: Brad Pitt visits Angelina Jolie on the Budapest set of the Bosnian War film she is directing

Cast and crew on Angelina Jolie's new film got a double dose of star power when a VIP guest arrived on set.

Brad Pitt paid a visit to the filming location where Angelina is making her directorial debut on the currently untitled love story set against the backdrop of the Bosnian war.

The couple looked as close as ever as they toured the set. Brad wrapped his arm around the actress' waist as she pointed things out to him.

The 46-year-old Benjamin Button star made himself right at home, sampling the catering service and taking photographs on his Leica camera.

They were dressed warmly to ward off the chill, with Angelina wrapping up in a knee-length black puffed coat and boots while Brad wore jeans, a warm jacket and cap.

He arrived in Budapest last Friday with twins Knox and Vivienne to join Angelina, who has been staying in the Hungarian capital with the rest of the children - Maddox, Pax, Zahara and Shiloh.

The 35-year-old Changeling star is said to have enrolled Maddox and Pax in a school in the city, according to People magazine.

A source says: 'She has enlisted her children into (an) elite French-American school that they will attend from next week on.

'The school has a kindergarten, too, where Zahara and Shiloh will attend.'

The family have moved into a luxury 8,000sq ft property in the exclusive Buda Hills area, overlooking the capital.

But with multiple homes all over the world, Brad Pitt understandably got a little lost when he was returning home from errands the day before his set visit.

The actor arrived at the gate of what he believed to be their rented home on his BMW F800 motorbike and was clearly baffled when no one would let him inside the gate.

Confused: The day before, Brad arrived 'home' to the wrong house thinking it was the one his family had rented

After a few minutes of confusion and checking his phone, a helpful photographer pointed out that Brad's house was actually next door.

He lifted his hand in thanks and sped off to the correct house. Pitt is spending time with the family after wrapping his latest film Moneyball.

His next project will be World War Z with Heroes actor Milo Ventimiglia, which takes place 'ten years after the human victory over the worldwide Zombie epidemic'.
