I could be wrong here, but I believe for selector to work you have to at least declare an incoming object:
- (void)pumpdoubletap:(id) sender {
progbm.progress -=0.1;
}
- (void)pumpdoubletap:(id) sender {
progbm.progress -=0.1;
}

I am! I figure with launch on a Friday they'll have enough in stock to last the weekend since they wouldn't be able to get more until at the earliest Monday.
Prob be a line but not terrible since it's a suburbs store on a weekday rush hour launch
Thoughts? Anyone else going?
Black or White? I was set on black but now leaning white, may have to see in person

I was thinking of selling my previous MacBook and purchasing an 11.6" MacBook Air because I loved the size and the form factor is so portable it would be great to carry around. However I remember my not so fond memories of the Lenovo ThinkPad X100e I owned back in November and quickly shot down that theory. The screen was just too small for me, which is why I returned that unit pretty quickly. If the 13" had been in my price range, I would have jumped on that instead. I ended up buying another MacBook which has been great, but the Air is an amazing product and when I decide to upgrade again I will be getting an Air.

lets now all place bets on who will win the challenge between p0sixninja and geohot and who will get it first?
My money is on geohot by far no disrespect to p0sixninja but geohot is not human.

I thought Apple Confidential 2.0 was great. I used it for a research paper and found it very enjoyable.

Yeah, make sure it isn't some CPU enclousure. My old computer table had a cubby for the CPU and it was always hot in there. I finally decided to remove the back panel and the temp dropped a great deal. I never measured to see how hot it was in there, but 140 seems a bit much.

Hit it on the head there sir!
I was giving serious consideration to getting a pimped up 15 inch MBP as a full on replacement for my 4 year old iMac and be mac portable. But thinking about it do I really need that level of power and lug around that much weight when I can buy the cheaper pimped out 11 inch MBA to use in conjunction with my existing iMac.
I'm REALLY taken by the form factor of the 11 inch. Instant on and just sling it in my backpack and go. Want to wait to see if sandy bridge turns up soon in one.
I was in a similar boat, except I had a mac pro, and decided to buy the macbook air 11. After losing some files trying to sync between the two computers, I returned the 11, sold hte mac pro, and couldn't be happier. BTW, I have iPAD for flights, etc. Plus I kind of need the extra power.

Just dropping the height: 200px; should do the trick... it should automatically expand to hold the entire image, and when it's not a 200px image it would be smaller... give it a try... maybe try playing around with min-height and max-height, but I think IE/win has problems with those (what a shock)

No need to be like that mate I was only double checking like I said, I don't want to be sitting on christmas day with my laptop stuck to a desk, I would like to take advantage of the wireless option.

Stupid question here, does the iPad 3G GPS work without a data plan? I'm from Montreal Canada and still undecided if I should get the iPad WIfi 64gb or the 3G 32gb.
P.S.: I have a jailbroken iPhone 4 (firmware 4.1) with myWi.

Why European mobile service is better.
Almost everyone gets free incoming minutes.
Yeah, and you also let the person calling you pay a tarriff up to four times the rate of a fixed line call. Calling a mobile number can cost five times as much as making an international call 20.000 kilometres away. Ever wonder why Europeans don't use their mobiles to make voice calls? :)

Do you remember how much it was sold for?
If I can remember correctly it was expensive, something like $250 which is why I passed on it, Maple Ridge auctions had one also, similar price.
One went here in the UK not so long ago for about 75 but not in as nice a condition as yours.
