Sweet surprise: The season premiere of Keeping Up with the Kardashians descends into chaos when star Kim starts a food fight with mother KrisThe oversized family who have become our guilty viewing pleasure are back with a new season sure to be filled with tears, tantrums and apparently... food fights.
Last season's finale of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, which saw oldest sister Kourtney give birth to son Mason, drew an audience of 4.8 million viewers in February.
This season's premiere episode sees star Kim throwing a housewarming party for friends and family, which - in typical Kardashian style - quickly descends into chaos.

The 29-year-old's mother Kris Jenner looks set to have a heart to heart with her daughter during the festivities when Kim unexpectedly starts a cupcake fight.
'I'm so proud of you,' begins Kris, 'showing off your little cupcakes, and I think...' but she is suddenly cut off as Kim smashes the creamy treat into her face.
Kris, 54, looks bemused by the prank but quickly gets revenge by arming herself with her own cupcakes and smearing dessert through Kim's famous hair, yelling 'You wanna mess with me b***ch?'

'Welcome to your new house Kim,' Kris jokes as they caught their breath, and Kim's face falls as she realises her sparkling kitchen is a mess. 'Everybody grab a broom!'
Kim, who is seen earlier in the show frantically cleaning her prized new house, which she purchased in March for $4.8 million (£3.1m), laughs off the mess, saying 'the cleaning crew is on it's way!'
The glamorous star makes her priorities known though: 'I'm gonna jump in the shower, thanks for coming everybody!' before heading upstairs to clean off.

But the reality star's house proud attitude is understandable: The 4,000-square-foot Beverly Hills pad boasts five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, dark hardwood floors, a media room and a fireplace in the kitchen.
Kim revealed what viewers can expect from the Kardashian clan this season in interview with Celebuzz: 'We are all in really different places than where we were last season,' she says.
'Kourtney has Mason, I move in to my own house, and of course this is the first season where I'm single... so with that comes some surprises!'

The 29-year-old purchased the stunning $4.8 millions Beverly Hills property in MarchKardashian reportedly bought the new house with the intention of living in it with ex-boyfriend Reggie Bush, but they split weeks after the purchase.
She is reportedly dating another American footballer Miles Austin, who features in later episodes of the show.
The family appeared on Larry King Live this week to promote the new season, but were embarrassed when brother Rob Kardashian failed to show.
Kim, Kourtney, Kris and husband Bruce Jenner told stand-in host George Lopez that the 23-year-old is going through an 'irresponsible' phase. 'He needs to get his life together and be more responsible,' said Kourtney.
