She only filed for divorce from her husband Jordan Bratman last week.
But Christina Aguilera wasn't exactly keeping things low key in the wake of her failed marriage.

The 29-year-old singer posed confidently in an extremely low cut salmon pink dress as she attended a hotel opening in Hawaii on Friday.

The star was clearly putting on a brave face on her recent marriage woes, smiling and pouting in the clingy dress which she teamed with black studded heels.

Aguilera jetted out to the plush Hawaiian resort with her two-year-old son Max on October 15 - the same day as she filed for divorce from music marketing executive Bratman, 33.

'She has a packed weekend ahead of her, including yoga, surfing lessons, hikes, lunches, VIP dinners and cocktail parties,' a source close to the singer told Life & Style magazine.

The announcement revealed that the couple had actually been separated for a few months.

Aguilera told People magazine: 'Although Jordan and I are separated, our commitment to our son Max remains as strong as ever.'

According to the divorce documents, a prenuptial agreement between the couple is in place.


They think it's all over....it is now: Aguilera filed for an official end to her marriage of five years, citing 'irreconcilable differences' as her reason


The divorce petition asks that 'Earnings and accumulations of [Aguilera] before marriage, during marriage and from and after the date of separation' be considered separate property.

Aguilera, who is represented by legal eagle Laura Wasser, lists the date of separation as September 11, 2010.

The petition also seeks to terminate Bratman’s ability to get spousal support and requests joint physical and legal custody of their son.
